ABOUT

FELIPE CALVO-MONTERO is a multifaceted individual whose journey has taken him across the realms of Spirituality, Cinema and Holistic Lifestyle. Born in Costa Rica, Felipe’s childhood was shaped by the nature where he grew up.

At the age of 16 he encountered the transformative practices of Meditation and Pranayama. Rituals that have since become an integral part of his daily life.

In the jungles of Costa Rica he lived among the indigenous Cabecar and Bribri tribes, who shared with him their Spiritual Cosmology, their Wisdom and their traditional methods of producing Ceremonial Cacao.

Today, Felipe resides between Europe and his Costa Rican Permaculture Farm, where he Mentor Individuals, Teaches Meditation, give Workshops and Retreats, and produces his own Ceremonial Cacao.

Felipe holds a B.A in Film Directing and a BSc in Journalism.

He also made Studies in Transpersonal Psychology, Biotherapy, Kriya Yoga Traditions and Holistic Nutrition.

After completing his academic studies he honed his skills within the international film industry for over two decades. Now he uses his extensive knowledge to host a podcast that explores the realms of Mind, Body, and Spirit.
